Loft Roll 44 is primarily used for the thermal insulation of pitched roofs at ceiling level.  However, it can also be used to thermally insulate floors and partitions, or wherever a lightweight mineral wool quilt is required. When used to insulate at ceiling level it is usually laid in two layers, with the first layer between the joists and the second layer at right angles to the joists.

Loft Roll 44 is an unfaced glass mineral wool roll which is lightweight, flexible, resilient and non-combustible.

Loft Roll 44 (Combi-cut) is perforated along its length at half and one third widths to allow easy splitting on-site to the required width.

Loft Roll 44 is a non-combustible inorganic glass wool, defined as mineral wool in BS 3533 and is manufactured in accordance with BSI Quality Assurance Standard BS EN ISO 9001: 2001.

Loft Roll 44 is free from CFCs, HCFCs and any other material with ozone depletion potential in its manufacture and content and represents no known threat to the environment.

Loft Roll 44’s manufacture has a low impact on the environment and is classified as Zero ODP and Zero GWP.
